- PELD - ILOC | Long-term Ecological Monitoring Research Brazilian Oceanic Islands (benthic community)
Brazil has four tropical oceanic islands: St. Peter and St. Paul’s Archipelago, Fernando de Noronha Archipelago, Rocas Atoll and Trindade Island and Martin Vaz Archipelago. These islands are geographically highly isolated, experience less harmful human-driven impacts than the coastal area, and encompass different levels of protection... - PELD - ILOC | Long-term Ecological Monitoring Research Brazilian Oceanic Islands (reef fish)
PELD-ILOC (Long Term Ecological Research of Brazilians Oceanic Islands) is a network of Brazilian scientists from several universities and organizations engaged in long-term ecological research of marine biodiversity on the four Brazilian oceanic islands. The network unites researchers to monitoring the marine wildlife all around the St. Peter and St... - PELD - ILOC | ReefSYN - Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time - Dataset II: Abrolhos Bank monitoring
This dataset is part of a broader compilation named 'Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time' created from a research network of reef scientists within several projects and collaborations and finally gathered and published by the ReefSYN group. - PELD - ILOC | ReefSYN - Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time - Dataset V: Fish assemblages from Trindade and Martin Vaz

The data was collected yearly by the LBMM team (https://lbmm.ufsc.br/), from 2007 to 2022. Dataset includes fish species, size and abundance recorded at 40 m² (20 × 2 m) belt transects at nine locations along the Santa Catarina state coastal area. Transects were laid at different depths at approximately 5 m intervals according to local maximum depths, which ranged from 1 to 25 m... - PELD - ILOC | ReefSYN - Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time - Dataset VII: Fish assemblages from Guarapari
This dataset is part of a broader compilation named 'Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time' created from a research network of reef scientists within several projects and collaborations and finally gathered and published by the ReefSYN group. The data were collected by Thiony Simon (in memoriam) and Hudson T. Pinheiro for the former’s MSc thesis... - PELD - ILOC | ReefSYN - Standardized datasets of Brazilian reef diversity in space and time - Dataset VIII: Fish assemblages from Southern Espírito Santo
