Sampling followed the standard methodology of the Tropical Soil Biology and Fertility Programme (TSBF), where soil (down to 40 cm depth) and litter fauna were hand-sorted from monoliths of 25x25 cm, and the abundance of a total of 45 taxa was assessed.
The dataset is published following Darwin Core sampling event standards in IPT. Download the complete DarwinCoreArquive in https://ipt.sibbr.gov.br/sibbr/resource?r=7_soil_macrofauna_sampling_assai&v=1.0
