Description
A coleção é composta por isolados clínicos de bactérias do gênero Mycobacterium, incluindo M. tuberculosis e M. abscessus subsp. massiliense e bactérias Gram negativas como Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa e Escherichia coli, e Gram positivas como Staphylococcus aureus e Staphylococcus Coagulase negativos. Todos isolados tem dierentes perfis de resistencia aos antimicrobianos já caracterizados. A lista completa dos isolados disponíveis está no site em construção.
The collection was established in 1998 and ceased acquisitions in Present.
